1) nuts
2) whole eggs
3) avocado/guacamole
4) salmon
5) bread, french toast, sandwiches, eatbig2getbig (make french toast with whole eggs)
6) rice
7) low fat red meat, lean steak beef/mince/lean burgers/bacon medallion
8) peanut butter, in shakes/sandwiches
9)peas & corn - high calorie vegetables
10) protein pancakes, careful with syrup and hazelnut shit, add Greek yogurt

11) bulk for 3 months and get fat then hire greg

12) get big and fat

This video is unironically super helpful for people who have a small apitite, such as myself. Got super depressed and was basically starving myself for 3 years thus absolutely deleting my appetite so eating is something I dont look forawrd too. Being able to eat a little amount of food while still hitting calorie goals is huge.

The Agoge Diet is truly something else, don't know why, but somehow it worked better than anything else I tried for getting more muscle.

Literally what I ate for 8 years straight 4-5000 calories a day. Went from 140-175 lean. Then I lost it in the last 2 years. Time to get back at it 💪

this dude is honest AF and this is the kind of people you'd wanna work with, back when I was 16 I was so skinny it was scary then I joined the gym, 3 months with hardly any improvement 8 months and man I'd really good physique and all my friends accused me of using steroids but the truth is I was smart, I added muscles instead of getting fat and then skinny plus there's the fact that I was 16 and my hormones were up the roof. Point is don't get fat add muscles, to do that you need some fats more carbs and more protein. Simple
