My workout routine/ sets

1
Warmup with dynamic stretches
2-4 set /10-15 reps/
Sprints
Side lunge
Plank ups
Dumbbell curls
Prone extensions (5sec hold)
Cool down with static stretches

Agility T drill (alternate which direction you go to first)
2-4 set 10-15 reps
Push-ups
bodyweight squats
Bodyweight Single leg stiff legged deadlift
Setups /abs
Bird dog (5sec hold)

Don’t eat chicken if you’re trying to bulk, eat something more fatty like salmon or not very lean beef. Personally I’d just make a protein smoothie or milk shake that way you don’t have to eat anything you can just drink it. GOOD BULKING EVERYONE

Ill be completely honest bulking is hard, I keep having cramps in the morning and i get sended to the bathroom the next day maybe because im not used to eating that much, Update: this doesn’t happen anymore :)
