I am 140lb/64kg at 178cm/5'10in, got a good diet and workout plan in place, I will come back here every month to hold myself accountable and document my progress! Aiming to get to 72kg

Ill be vulnerable for a second. I think one of the main problems and insecurities i battle is the fact that im just starting out at 22 and i see 15 yr olds running laps around me

Ive been working out for 2 years and finally decided to start on my bulk. I ate like crap, felt like crap, and at a certain point, looked like crap. I’m not happy with my physique now, and maybe that’s my body dysmorphia kicking in, but I think Imma go on a mini cut, or lean bulk. I’m not gonna fully cut because I play football and I wanna be strong for when I play.
