Guys, I've watched a lot of your videos since... I don't know, 2017? 2018?, so I know how dedicated you are to your content. I'm saying this in the best possible way: Getting one of your ads with every video I watch is annoying the hell out of me. You've gotta lower the frequency with which it hits up people or they'll backfire on you.

Hey Tapp Brothers-thanks for this video-I have signed up for a level1 Animal Flow workshop in July, and I wanted to ask for advice on how to begin to prepare for the workshop so I don't embarrass myself. I'm a good athlete, but these basic moves are very challenging for me right now. Just doing the contralateral arm/leg lifts in beast position is very challenging. Underswitches? Can't do them at all. But this video here showed a beginner move that will be helpful. Do you recommend that I begin by just holding the positions for extended time before I try to move? Hold the positions in mid movement to get more fluid in the full moves? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Chris

Hey Guys, loved that primal move...one question, any suggestion for stronger core without putting weight on the feet? I need a stronger core (abs and lower back) but I am recovering my ankle from injury.

Hey thanks so much for this video ; but I found a way to make it slightly harder transitioning from that move into a one hand push up, then switching hands after each push up.
