There is an alarm at the end: a typical progressive alarm with a mild sound that increases over a 20 second period. This is because this track is supposed to be used for a nap only, not for a whole night, or to get you asleep and stay asleep.

Instructions
The frequency will begin at 12 Hz, slowly drop to 6 Hz, and then rise to 14 Hz at the end to wake you up.
