NASA POWER NAP 2 - Power Nap For Concentration & Memory - Power nap Brainwave With Alarm - Isochronic Tones

Nasa Power Nap for memory, concentration, energy and focus. For those who can't nap! This is a rhythmic entrainment audio based on NASA's research, which states that a brief nap ranging from 20-26 minutes is the ideal length for a boost in energy, focus, creativity, memory, mood and productivity. This duration stops short of stage-3 Delta sleep - awakening during this phase can actually have the opposite effect, resulting in feelings of lethargy. This power nap brainwave therefore offers a balance between sleeping long enough for a restorative effect, ('Stage 2' Theta Sleep), but not so long that you wake up feeling too drowsy and lethargic.

HOW DO I USE THIS TRACK? (Setting the 'Preliminary Sleep Phase' Duration)

Simply listen as you fall asleep. Note that you don't need to fall asleep to experience restorative effects. If however you fancy catching some shut-eye, yet are one one of those who find it difficult to sleep to power nap audios, you can choose to start up to 30 minutes before the 'target sleep phase' of 20-26 minutes. This is explained in more detail within the first few minutes of the video. You can select a timestamp below depending on how long it takes you on average to sleep. This way you can ensure that you're getting the ideal 20-26 minutes of sleep. Headphones are optional, though I personally prefer using them when sleeping to these tracks as they help block out any distractions.

In my opinion, this NASA nap version is far better than any power nap beat. It's because in this version, it gives you time to fully sleep while the other version is just straight 10-20 minutes long. Now, I can fully nap in the afternoon with this version. Thank you 👏👍

I really enjoy these types of videos. Sometimes the alarm sounds can be too jarring or harsh and I appreciate the softer one here. For those who need a really pronounced one, this might not be the video for you.

Thank you, this is so great, I use brainwave every day for my powernap meditation. I have adhd and need to recharge and rest, in the afternoon. But its important for me to use the right kind of brainwaves, both relaxing, rejuvenating and energizing at the same time....I have things to do when I wake up, and thats the main reason for my powernaps. Im overwhelmed when I start and hopefully my brain and mind will be refreshed while Im resting and powernapping. I use this as a background together with a guided meditation/hypnosis, (without music, so it want again ❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻
