This is my go to for everything. I use the 30 min and 1hr nap regularly. And now I use the honest guys for pretty much every nights sleep meditation. Thank you! Something about the voice is so reassuring.

Somehow I managed to pass out in the first 2 minutes, set about 6 alarms and I slept for 4 hours more than I wanted, id say this works too well

I work night shift and my sleep schedule has been weird but It was 2 hours before I had to go to work and I was really tired and grumpy so decided to see if there was something on here to help take a power nap because I had never done it before, wasn't sure if it was gonna actually work but I trusted the comments and without even realizing I was asleep and dreaming than woke up and was like omg I i totally over slept but nah it was only a hour :D so I want to say thank you so very much for making this and having this uploaded!!!🙏❤❤❤💛💛💛

You guys, I can't thank you enough. I've used this and the 30 minutes for over 100 times. At my office, on a road trip (taking breaks) and its the best. But the thing is that even when I play the 1 hr video, I always nap for only 29 minutes.

I can't even tell you how this one hour nap video helps me at least three or four times a week! Ever since I was very young, I respond to stress by sleeping. But I would always oversleep and make things worse.

This video has made my naps intentional and effective. I don't oversleep, I wake up refreshed, I don't sleep fitfully, and I almost always seem to wake up right before the chime. At first, I thought there's no way I was ever going to hear the chime and wake up, but I do, And most of the time I wake up right before the time goes off. It makes me feel so good!

As many here, I’m sure, I have a super active nervous system (hypervigilance & co) due to unmanaged neurodivergence + trauma. Your soothing music, words + voice are something I wish I’d have had in childhood, adolescence and onward. ❤️‍🩹 But I’m so grateful to have found you in 2020, helping me regulate my nerves better and better each time. Just now, for example, I had the perfect nap with my kitty on my lap, and I feel much better prepared to go to my therapy session. ❤ Thank you for all you do. ☺️

I had two dreams within this hour and woke up still had 4 minutes remaining for my nap 😴 I didn’t even know I fell asleep 🥰 felt great the rest of the day 2/23/22
