This deep core pilates abs workout challenge will help get 6 pack abs and a tight stomach. It's an intense 5 minute at home pilates core workout that will target your abdominal muscles to build a functional and stable core, and also help you get visible abs. Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

Just pointing it out, this is in my workout routine playlist, and i have been working out for almosta month now, and i used to weight around 140lbs, and now im a bit under 116lbs, (weighed myself last week, and that was how much i weighed, idk if its the same now) idk if this helps anyone, but I know it gives results, i feel so much more confident!!

Day 1:
Doing this workout and the 5 min pilates abs and waist routine! My abs are absolutley dead but I'm gonna push through and do the other workout. Gonna try do this for a week and see how it goes!

Day 2:
My core is definitley feeling sore after this, but atleast that tells me that this workout is effective.
No changes as it's only day two but hopefully I will see some by the end of the week!

Day 3:
I completed both videos twice!!! My core is very sore but I'm already feeling more confident about my body. This morning I felt I looked pretty thin and that made me really happy.
