15 Minute Cardio-HIIT “Dance” To The Beat Workout [Our Engagement Celebration]

This isn't just any dance workout, this is THE workout that we celebrated our recent engagement with! 💍 With we picked 10 instrumental beats and mashed them together with 10 of our favorite exercises for a cardio-hiit banger! This workout combines cardio movements with strength training for a complete high-intensity workout. This workout is not easy by any means, so Juice included a few modifications to help you manage through the workout. If you fall off beat, or run out of gas, no worries--just vibe to the music and pick back up when you can.

Quick Note: There were a few other modifications in this workout that i forgot to do---I was having so much fun and and got carried away. Please forgive me 🙏This was just a test run but let us know if you would like to see more workouts like this so we can make it better for everyone!

I used to work out regularly and walk A LOT and I was 52kg (114 lbs), looking very fit, feeling very light like a bird, free and mobile. I gained weight in the span of 2 years after covid lockdowns followed with a burnout from my last year of university, and finally depression. I am now 70 kg (154lbs), I'm a bit short so that's overweight for me I also lost almost all muscle that I gained steadily during all my university years and lost that mobility and feeling of lightness I was talking about. I still cant workout regularly because of depression but I do your workouts time to time. They are the only thing that I stick to as anything sportive. Yeah it is better to do these regularly and I gained weigth even when I am doing these but still, it is better than never doing and doing nothing. So thank you a lot, I'm not following you anywhere besides here bcs I dont use any other social media but as much as I see from these videos, I can't express how much I love you guys' attitude. I wish you the best

I am from India... I was following your workouts for past two months...no words...it's amazing... I did so many workouts before.. but I didn't get satisfied results.... after doing few days, I used to quit... But after started your workouts, I didn't feel anything like that... even I am doing cheating on my diet, but your workouts keep me fit... weekly 3-4 days only I am doing...but the results are amazing... thank you guy's.... I was 168 for several years and now 150 pounds, but I want to be at 125. I just started your workout and I must say, its perfect for me. It's a bit tough for this 60+ gal, but its fun, got my heart pumping and my body sweating. I absolutely love this particular workout. Im working on getting my diabetic A1C down, losing weight and toning up. Thank you for your energy and positive video. Im hoping to try some of your others after I master this one. I've been watching this over and over. lt looks different, fresh, has moves that I haven't seen . I don't really enjoy cardio so this is going to be out of my comfort zone .
Can't wait to do this in day 3 of the challenge

This was my first attemp at exercising after over a week on being home on account of my having COVID. Just what I needed! Fun to do, not hard to follow, letting the sweat come out after a hard week. Thanks a million, guys!!
