Join me for a 15 minute SUPER INTENSE HIIT CARDIO WORKOUT to get sweaty, burn calories and improve your endurance. This routine has insane intensity that will get your heart pumping in only 15 minutes. It's a standing only routine which means wrist friendly! We will be jumping but I'll demonstrate low impact modifications throughout. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. You can do this workout at home with no equipment needed. THIS 15 MIN HIIT was CRAZY intense for me but I was able to do them all with no modification!!! ( star jump got me tho, lol) I truly enjoyed it though!! Look for to the 2nd 15 hiit for day 4 week 1!!!

HI Mik in a world where thing are getting so expensive it great there are people like that share their gifts. I like to be able to wake up in the morning and do a cardio session. I like the way you give low and high intensity choices. You are so positive, kind, motivating and refreshing to work out with. I have been doing cardio at home in the morning with you jfor a month now and it helps me in so many ways.

Loooved it. Had to switch between the high/low impact since I'm just getting back into my exercise routine. I really like the all standing workouts because I live in a tiny home without much floor space. Thanks for this video!

First time doing this one. Wow! Don’t let the 15 minutes fool you, that was intense. I did this along with the 15 standing dumbell workout. Thank you for giving low impact versions on this cardio workout for us “older” people. lol

This was so fun and challenging. I wanted to do something more cardio focused since I walk more in summer and this popped up and was perfect. I normally do all Caroline Girvan workouts in her new app but I wanted something different and Mik was great!
