Wow I finished this too. However, it was very difficult, I couldn't keep up with Emi's speed, so I tried to do it according to my own speed and energy. The result is drenched sweat and very tired. I will never give up. Don't give up either. Rest where you are tired, take a deep breath and tell yourself that you can do it. We can.

I have my finals now and it's pretty intense and I don't really have time for exercising... but I could squeeze just 15 min in the morning :)

been loving these standing hiit workouts recently, it's sth I actually feel able to do & it helps me regain my strength slowly.
Also it's fine if u can't keep up with emi at first, I can't either, I just focus on executing the exercises correctly the speed will come later on ~

im 60kg and i was 54kg before i weighted 6kgs or im 63kg rn i kept dieting but starving isnt a great idea so i started yesterday i tried the 30mins one and it was kinda effective i lose alittle bit i do lose weight abit faster bcs of my metabolism and your workouts are definitely helping me to lose weight. For everyone who r doing workouts too to lose wieght keep it up dont give up until you got ur dream body, or weight! love u all xx
