Please keep making these upper body dumbbell workouts, they are great. I keep looking for new ones so this one was terrific to find. I walk and bike so lower body is not my issue. Thanks so much for your effort here. I'm in my early 70's and don't think it is ever too late to get stronger.

LEVEL UP: I used the 1 minute breaks to do arm circles and stretching during the workout, then held a straight arm plank and a forearm plank during the burn out!!!🥰🤩🥳🔥💪💪💪

Seriously one of my favorites you’ve ever done now WOW.
Also for people with no upper body strength. I did 5 lbs and 10 lbs and these still killed me.

Push-ups (all the way down to the ground), chest press (10ths), tricep extensions (10lbs/5lbs, sitting on bench), chest flys (5lbs), lateral raises (side and front, 5 lbs), shoulder press (10lbs), tricep extension (5lbs, on all fours), burnout (shoulder taps and then push ups) and 30 sec plank hold (with hip dips) 😈❤️‍🔥

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for these workouts! I'm a 57 year old sedentary woman who just got a divorce and moved to an apartment. I don't want to disturb my new neighbors by bouncing around! Plus, being 80 lbs overweight, my joints say NO WAY!! This is such a life saver! I'm looking forward to getting back into shape with you!
