Excellent, just perform these simple breathing exercises and see the difference, ideal time to do it is in the morning 1 hour before breakfast or anytime when stomach is empty and 1 hour before having a meal, inner calmness guaranteed 😊😊

I have been practicing it for a month offcourse not all days but manage to do sometimes. My BP is normal after walking and practicing this . The voice brings smile on my face throughout the day.
I have lost my anger which I couldn't control all these 35 years of life.
