Shri Atmarpit ji..I have been following and practicing your videos from couple of years every day. Recently I am having panic attacks which are worsening my regular routine life style..I am worried about my mothers health who have been diagnosed with multiple myeloma…please provide few sessions on anxiety and panic attacks..your help is greatly appreciated..thank you and god bless you..
