Sadhana (Sanskrit: साधन) is a Sanskrit term used to refer to a daily spiritual practice. Sadhana represents a disciplined surrendering of the ego, in which the practitioner uses tools such as asana, pranayama, meditation and chanting on a daily basis.

Anything that is practiced with awareness, discipline and the intention of spiritual growth can be considered as sadhana, but it must be practiced alone and for the sake of the individual. As such, it does not need to be a physical activity; even daily self-study of yogic or spiritual scriptures is a form of sadhana.

Anulom Vilom is a specific type of pranayama, or controlled breathing, in yoga. It involves holding one nostril closed while inhaling, then holding the other nostril closed while exhaling. The process is then reversed and repeated.

It involves inhaling through any one nostril and exhaling through the other, alternating between them. This rhythmic breath control aims to balance the two hemispheres of the brain, improve focus, and enhance overall well-being. Practitioners believe it cleanses the energy channels, or Nadis, promoting optimal life force circulation.

Anulom Vilom is well known for promoting respiratory health, lowering tension, and soothing the psyche. Anulom Vilom breathing is safe and risk-free for most individuals to practice.

Dhāraṇā is the initial step of deep concentration meditation, where the object being focused upon is held in the mind without consciousness wavering from it

I used be an atheist, and than i am at lowest phase of my life i started worshiping krishna and after a few months, i started to have dreams of lord hanuman and shiva . Started it this morning - long story but I finally got my butt in gear and started waking up at 6am to do all my prayers mantras etc - then your video came in yesterday and realised it was the missing thing I should add …. Aum chanting, breathing, and THEN the meditation. Perfect

Bhavesh ji, I am 20 years old now.. Back when I was 16, I was introduced to simple meditation by my mother. Back then I was so shocked by what meditation can do, it created a wall of peace in my mind, even when I was in chaotic situations and I could think before reacting. But as I started my 11 & 12th, I was not able to keep up with the practice deeply and retain that peace. I have been trying but that peace seemed momentary but after looking at the correct posture, chanting duration, the eagerness to practice it have skyrocketed to some extent. Thank you so much. Hare AUM ❤ I'm sitting here on my bed, struggling.
