Create a safe and tranquil environment for yourself and commit to your meditation practice daily and experience the many benefits of consistency. Set aside the next 20 minutes for yourself. Start your day with this breath of life to focus and return to the now and be present.

I am honored to bring you this meditation especially written for Mike M., the community member who won our acts of kindness contest. Although the practice has been created for him, it will be a wonderful experience for all.

Let’s settle into this daily morning meditation. I invite you to make yourself comfortable. Find a position that you can be relaxed yet alert. Take a brief moment to connect with why you are coming to your practice. Acknowledge your motivations for this committed practice.

Breath in, I am aware I am breathing in, breathe out, I am aware I am breathing out.
Breathe in, I am aware of a thought arising in my mind, breathe out, I smile and let this thought pass.
Breathe in, I am aware of the space between thoughts, breathe out, I am calm and safe in this space.
Breathe in, I am in the present moment, breathe out, I know this is the only moment.
Breathe in, I am aware I am breathing in, breathe out, I am aware I am breathing out.

Thanks! I'm now 3 months past my open heart surgery. I'm amazed at the improvement in everything, especially my breath. I do a lot of your meditations, but this was delightful. My breathing is perfect now, and this meditation encouraged me to fully appreciate and enjoy it!

I'm facing open heart surgery soon to repair a congenital defect. I had a rough time last night getting to sleep thinking about it. I do a meditation each morning. What a gift it was this morning to get and listen to this new meditation. I'm downloading a selection of them for the upcoming challenge. Thank you.

Hey I really liked this one. To the extent I stayed for probably half an hour afterwards to keep observing my breath and it worked on my own as well, after gaining momentum with you. Thank you!

Mam I have been suffering from mental illness for so long.I thought medidation was the only solution to heal my mental illness.I watched many videos related to medidation but you are the best one mam.your way of teaching medidation is excellent
