It stops so sharply it was really unexpected, there needs to be some sort of coming back to where you are now and opening our eyes

I can't stop the tears streaming down my cheeks and onto my shirt. It seems too good to be true right this minute, but I believe that as I continue on my journey, and remind myself of the changes I can make by listening to these and others in your amazing set of meditations, I can begin to start writing in my new book. I've been listening to this daily for the past 2 weeks and I am beginning to feel like a new person. So much more confident and accepting of who I am. Happier, more relaxed and at times I feel like I'm barely breathing cos my heart rate is so low!

Crying like crazy over here 😢 ...this pandemic stripped me of my Colorado dreams I worked incredibly hard to achieve and sent me back home to the 1 place I dont want to be. This reminds me of hiking in the Rocky Mountains and even though I am crying, this meditation is so powerful and it makes me feel good knowing this is all temporary and things will be ok eventually and it's ok to let go of the burdens we carry that we have no control over, such as this worldy situation. Thank you so much for creating it. Its my absolute favorite meditation now. Stay safe 💚

I started the morning with the meditation of the Beginners mind. I followed up this afternoon with the meditation for new beginning and habit change. I will pair it with the deep sleep meditation as recommended by Sara. The trilogy for today.
I realised how lucky I am by starting on this growth path 25 years ago. I meditated daily, but the guided meditations of Sara are something else. Fortunately I discovered them 10 days ago or perhaps better put YouTube's algorithms through them my way. Synchronicity at it's best. I also noticed that my back pack was still quite heavy. I'm 73 years old, you let stuff go and you pick stuff up again. New Beginning and Habit Change is like a spring cleaning, to be done on at least a yearly basis 😊.

I’m listening to your meditation in August 2019. This was a really tough year for me - with everything going bad . Career relationships. Nothing was working for me. There was not a sense of calm in my mind . I was overthinking and had lost joy in every aspect of my life.
I wanted to do something about it and I came across your channel.
Your meditation are really beautiful and have helped me a lot.
I was lost in my own mind.
You have helped me to take control of my mind again and let me feel free.

This meditation is by far the most effective I’ve ever done! I could imagine things so easily and I felt joy and hope, I let go of my doubts and bas habits. I felt like I can do whatever I want! The emotions I’ve felt is just something I can’t describe!

I was going to do a different meditation this morning and something triggered my device and my selected meditation skipped ahead to this one. My spirit guides gave me this today. I am blown away. I am ready to release an attachment I’ve carried for 2 years. This is amazing. Thank you.

Wow! This was needed very much today! Thank you so much! I’m going to go through the course you’re offering. So much has happened this past year, including trying desperately to recover from a 15 year severe illness (until I found the reason I had become so ill and had implants removed) that killed my teaching career, made me lose almost all my money on medical bills, having a grown, brain traumatized and damaged son who is an addict and has stolen and drained me and my ex-husband of so much money, lost my ex-boyfriend of 25 years whom I thought was still my friend, but has humiliated me, my beloved dog died as soon as I moved into my new home, and I have no help with this home.
The good parts are my beautiful 4 year-old granddaughter, my daughter when she’s pleasant to me, my new home with friendly neighbors, the nature around me, and my meditations which remove some of my pain and let me become closer to God and my true self.
I’m sorry this was so long, but I just want you to know how this has helped. 🙏💕

For 3 days now, I have been doing this meditation. I am super excited to say that I have not had a cigarette since. I feel great and hope this lasts. I will keep meditating daily and work hard to change this bad habit. Thank you Mindful Movement.

I love these meditations and her voice is so relaxing. But I get sad every time someone says "Everything happens for a reason." Some of us have had truly awful things happen, and personally it's more helpful to believe it just happened rather than there was a master plan that involved such hurt.
