Another good one, Mr. Syuki! This one stopped waaaay too fast. I had to walk for about a minute to get my heart rate down so I could start to stretch. Whew...did it, praise Jesus!

What I like about your workout is there is no talking. The talkative workouts are boring. You begin then go straight on point after the exercise. Your workout is all I do morning and evening, then planking. Keep it up bro!!!

Due to health issues I've been advised to focus on low intensity workouts and tried this one today - it was perfect - and the great thing is that once I switch back to medium and/or high intensity I'll still be able to use this workout by adjusting my effort. Thanks!!
