This workout is no repeats and requires no equipment!

This workout is fun but so intense! Results will come if you stay consistent and patient! Make sure to document your progress on TikTok and share with the hashtag #growwithjo

I will be choosing some to do fun reactions to so that we can celebrate with the entire community!!

During todays' workout, after our 5 minute warm up, we will launch ourselves into a dance-party-esque type cardio abs workout.

There are no repeats (except to keep things even on both sides), and we will be doing a total body cool down at the end of this workout

I have been doing your workouts for almost 6 months now. Sometimes two a day. Not only i've lost weight but i built stamina. I suffer from Lupus along with other autoimmune conditions associated with lupus. No more joint pain, no more feeling tired all day. You changed my life for the good and I thank you so much. Ladies let me tell you. This morning workout was lit. I burned 411 calories, 65% fat burn 🔥, and 4371 steps 🚶‍♂️. Let's Go!!!!

Not sure if I am in the minority, being a man following Jo. Love her workouts, I have seen dramatic changes in my body and stamina, over a few weeks of doing them daily. Thanks Jo! Love that she does not do the usual gym chatter nonsense, also love the music vibes.

Wow... I'm on my period right now and I had 0% motivation this morning to get out of bed and do something. But I still wanted to move my body and get a workout in, so I came here and yeah... five minutes in and I thought to myself: never. I won't complete this. It's too challenging. I want to crawl back to my bed. But with your positive vibes I bit through and actually completed this workout!! Thank you!!! The last 10 to 15 minutes were torture but I had ambition...😂 I am no lying on the floor, sweating and very proud of myself, I did it!! To whoever is reading this: You can do it! You will complete this workout and you will be proud of yourself❤

Lost 10lbs in the last 2 weeks doing Jo's workouts for 45 minutes to a hour. Along with dieting 2 meals a day and water. If you want it you have to discipline your self...I love Jo's workouts❤❤

I love how natural her exercises are, she workout with us, sweat with us, and drink water with us. She’s just so pure and kind. It’s my 3rd day today and I feel so good and less tired. Who ever is seeing this GIRL DON’T DOUBT YOURSELF. IF YOU WANT IT, WORKOUT FOR IT. Nothing comes off overnight. Just be consistent and have a lots of waterrrr ♥️♥️♥️

I really like how many of your workouts are standing up. It's hard on my knees when workouts move to the ground & then back up again. It demotivates me tbh so I'm.glad I found this channel!

ive been doing this for a month now plus going to the gym 3 times a week and i can say that ive lost weight and now i have achieved my dream body and im getting so many compliments! this works wonders. Hi Jo, its 9:25am in South Africa and I just completed this workout. I am crying because I haven't exercised in I don't even know how long but when that final buzzer went off for "workout complete" the tears instantly came. I weigh aroung 140ish kg so it was tough, for certain things I had to close my eyes so that I don't see the timer and just pish through until I heard it. Some I couldn't do for the full duration but I did what I could. I am going to see this through, not because I want a model figure but because for once I'd like too feel good about the skin I am in. Thank you Jo, I will do my best

2/21/23 this is one of my all time favorite GWJ workouts. I did it 2 days in a row. Today I burned 515 calories!!! Apple Watch setting to indoor walk! Love it!

Day 1 completed ladies!!! 20lbs down in 5 months of doing GrowwithJo. Today I did 4389 steps, burned 361 calories and 58% fat burn ladies. Two days of rest of not working out. Jo is my girl!!!! December I will be able to fit into my sexy Christmas dress.
