I did not want to do my full yoga routine today, so thank you for two things, one for making me feel like I still accomplished my yoga routine after watching you today and two for not placing annoying ads in the middle or during any part of your routine I know ads are a part of YouTube that are necessary for content creators, but in situations that require relaxation It’s very comforting to see them at the very beginning or the very end of the video not interrupting us in between. Thank you again great stretches.
