I LOVED this oh man it was perfect! That straddle-sway really got into the inner thigh. Thank you for keeping up with these! I love doing your 10 minute stretches/mobility workouts each morning :)

Thank you so much! It's brief and it's amazing! How do I convey to my 75 year old active mom that the stretching in proper stretching is the helpful kind of hurting? Since years I try to tell her but she is averse to what is obviously a bunch of little pains.
