Coach Cossack you guys are great ! Just came back from a week of strenuous hikes in Acadia National park /Maine.... I manage to do the climbs on granite boulders thanks to your squats, lunges, core and other exercices...without hiking poles !!! I followed your classes since the pandemic and I know now that it really helped me to stay strong....and I am 71 years old !! Thank you !!! Love you guys !

I've been working out with Coach Kozak for close to 15 years. I love the faces Claudia makes before, during, and after pushups. I love it because she is honest and authentic. Thanks for all you do for us. I'm now 66 years old and working hard to be the best I can be for Jesus, my wife, my family, and my friends. Blessings!

Just finished this video. Thank you for your videos. I really love the pacing and the instructions on how to do the exercise. Both of your voices are also calming and it really helps me not stress out on doing the exercises. Been working with HasFit since before Claudia. Now the two of you together are simply perfect. There's a couple of moves in this one I cannot do, the ones kneeling on the floor, so I sit on a chair (I'm 84 is my excuse), but the rest are OK. I'm curious what weights you use, the video is not quite sharp enough. Claudia blows me away, cause her weights are not light !
