Tap in with us for an hour long full body strength training session! This workout is split into 4 different groups so that we can focus on targeting every muscle group. This session is not too advanced and we've included a few modifications for certain exercises. Since this workout has plenty of rest periods, we highly recommend challenging yourself with the amount of weight you're using to get the most out of this workout. J&t I thought I was going to have to break this work out in 2 _30 min workout. But you know your audience, I finished it, but y'all was wrong for giving us that killer plank😅. This is going in the rotation. I appreciate you not having us go in the floor then have to get up constantly going work out, that to me tires you out, that up and down on floor. You kept us standing, till the very last segment loved it.

Hi Juice and Toya! I have Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, I need to excercise but it get tired easily, I can't follow most routines because they are too hard on my joints or I end up in pain the following days, but your routines are different, I have more energy, I am getting stronger and I don't end up in pain (actually thanks to your routines my back and neck pain are gone). Thank you SO MUCH! You are amazing.

My husband and I have enjoyed doing a few of your workouts together. I found this workout yesterday evening and it is everything I need for strength training!!! Loved this workout! Challenging but still fun. The format was dynamic enough to make the hour go by fairly quickly, but still gave you a chance to really dig in to the movements. 💪👏
