This is awesome. I used be be a dancer. I was stretching for 30 mins a day, and then dancing for upwards of 4 hours a day. Once I stopped, I stopped everything. My body has never been more stick-like in terms of how stiff it is. I’m getting back into the swing of stretching, and this is really helpful! I’m hoping that I’ll be dancing again by the end of the year!

My mom has high cholesterol and is prone to high blood and cannot handle intensive exercises or stretches.

She really love this video. It's very beginner and age friendly as compared to other videos that says beginner friendly but includes a handstand and a downward dog position which is impossible for my mom and makes her dizzy instead.

Hi Dr Jo, you actually solved my knee problem I had, in 3 days back in 2020!! That was amazing. I recently had muscular pain in my neck, shoulders and lower back and following your full body stretch you have solved it again. I was in bed few days and I did have physio couple weeks ago, but sort of had the same issue again. Your videos are amazing and I'm very appreciative of your service.

AskDoctor Jo has literally save me.. ive been going through Physical issues that have resulted into stress and anxiety, following Doctor Jo's Videos have really help with my Physical state along with Osteopathy and this has also helped manage my stress Level better and reduce my Anxiety. At this time, where i live, we are are in lockdown like many other areas so need all the help we can get with Physical Rehabilitation.

Thanks you so much, I was bed bound for a couple of weeks thanks to Covid my body was NOT happy. Plus I've always been rubbish at stretching and worried about hurting myself. This was easy to follow. No gimmicks and no nonsense. Thank you again ❤

first time doing this stretch exercise and its very effective I probably am going to do this every night before I sleep and I might switch to the faster video I just thought it would be great to watch with the explanation first

Holy crap. I knew I was tense but I didn't realize just quite how tense. The way you talk makes it seem like these your videos are geared more for older folks or those with injuries. That said, I'm a 26 year old, reasonably healthy guy and this just did wonders for me lol Definitely adding this to my post-work exercise routine. Thank you
