For anyone who is traveling to San Diego.... Next time when you land at Lindbergh Field, GO STRAIGHT to Pt. Loma Seafood and have a sandwhich. For those of us who grew up in SD and are "coming home, " the appetite from traveling/on the plane sets you up for a real homecoming.

Today we went to Blue Water Seafood Market on your recommendation (it's our first time on the west coast, we're from east coast) and I have to say, you nailed it
We had:
Black Seabass teriyaki taco
Yellowtail ginger butter taco
Red snapper chipotle taco
Yellowtail lemon-garlic-butter taco
Chipotle shrimp nachos
Mother Earth beers

Our Review: BEST TACOS AND BEST NACHOS WE'VE EVER HAD which is insane! We were blown away. So freaking good!

Blue fish market is the best. The avocados have to be in the refrigerator at all time to keep it unripe, take one out at the time and let it get ripe close to bananas, that way you will always have one ripe avocado available.

Soo glad u mentioned blue water! Absolute best fish plates and tacos anywhere. Super fresh and delicious and a HUGE VARIETY. don’t forget they also get their handmade tortillas from next door at El Indio. Excellent review sir 🤙

One thing you gotta remember about Bluewater, you need to ask for avo. My favorites also include the Wahoo and their track Taco. The bourbon jalepeno lime butter mussles are also awesome.
