Yes, I've been eating everything on this list my entire adult life. This past year (at 59) I started slipping up on my diet and have slowly gained 15 lbs. There is so much misinformation overload on YouTube thats so conflicting. I had literally stopped eating oatmeal because everyone says it's too much carbs. I packed my breakfast and lunch this morning before watching this video and had decided to add oatmeal back in. My breakfast today is 1/3 cup oatmeal with berries and a tablespoon of chia seeds and 1/2 cup almond milk with two boiled eggs.
Lunch is tuna with 1/2 cup cottage cheese (whole fat) 1/2 avocado and leafy greens.
Dinner will be chicken done on the grill with veggies and brown rice.

I do smoothie : banana, frozen berries, mixed nuts, chia seeds, cacaoo powder, oats, teaspoon of honey and greek yogurt. First blend oats and nuts, put them aside. Then i put water and other things.. Put oats and nuts back in and its perfect 😊

Been having most of these. For fast oatmeal in the morning try overnight oats. Make the night before and just remove from fridge. Make it with Greek yogurt and chia seeds and whatever milk products. Ceylon cinnamon and just a wee bit of honey. Add a fistful of berries before eating and you have a tasty and healthy breakfast.
