I just found your videos. You’re a wealth of information! It’s easy to see you KNOW what you’re talking about. My only complaint: you tell too much, and it’s hard to digest all you’re saying, unless you get a pen and paper. The down fall to that is it takes your usual 20 minute video twice as long to get all written down. Shorter videos getting to the point please. I really want to stick with you, but doubt I will if all your videos are long. Between work, kids, cooking, and cleaning, there’s not enough time in the day.

How to lost weight only on the tummy? I am not fat on other area, only on tummy. I have hepatitis B. Can you make a video specifically aiming at losing weight at the belly only? I cannot take Apple Cider Vinegar because I am low in potassium. I do tried Apple Cider Vinegar before but not effective in reducing my belly fat.
