HOW I LOST 25LBS IN 3 MONTHS & KEPT IT OFF BY WALKING: Weight Loss Tip, Losing FAT, boost metabolism

the most vulnerable video I have ever posted

Here is my entire journey, my tips, growth and more. I grew a lot middle to end of 2021 physically, mentally, and more. I lost 15 lbs, I am happier and healthier. I uncovered disorderly eating and unhealthy habits and am working on repairing them still and always will. Body image will always be a struggle but I have learned to appreciate myself more than ever before. I have a different outlook on health, exercise, food and my body overall. Nobody needs to look a certain way but if you are struggling and want to make change like I did, if I can do it, you can do it.

Big shout out to Lauren Giraldo for changing my life with her 12 3 30 workout

Main Workout (Lauren Giraldo’s):
12 3 30 Treadmill workout
12 incline, 3 speed, 30 minutes. Increase the speed, incline, and time as it gets easier and do a long cool down walk.

Treadmill used: AFG 3.3at treadmill

This is literally the most honest and raw representation of what it is like to go through a weight loss journey. Cheers to that!

“I used to literally hate myself for eating 2 pieces of bread”. Oh my goodness… same real struggle. Thank you for your transparency. Grace and peace.

I did 15k steps yesterday- 12k so far today and I’m gonna focus on 10k steps a day and I’m sticking with it. Plus strength train for 3/4 days a week and watching and tracking calories…this is sustainable for me. I’m 49. As you age - it gets harder- so start today!!

Remember athletes eat and train! They don’t diet!

"You can never feel bad about a workout" i've never heard someone say this, and i think its such good motivation. Thanks for sharing your journey :)

I LOVE that you kept the "bad" things you did and explained why they were harmful and how you changed. I related to it so much on the beginning of my journey. This was great! Thank you!

For anyone just starting working out and eating healthy/less… IT TAKES TIME TO GET USED TO IT!! don’t be hard on yourself if you can’t do extreme workouts right away, your body isn’t used to it yet! don’t be hard on yourself if you can’t eat perfectly on the first day, your body needs to adjust to the change. It’s a process and you have to just be patient and stay consistent. The first couple weeks or even just the first week is the hardest. I went for a 9km walk the other day after months of not working out and eating like shit, I had to get my boyfriend to pick me up because I felt like I was going to faint. In reality I shouldn’t have thrown myself into a long walk like that right away. Be graceful with yourself srsly.

I know this video is 2 years old but as a 14 year old girl who’s struggling with body image, thank you so so much. This video really helped me. Most of the time I feel like content creators sugarcoat weight loss and make it seem simple and easy. I love how you are straight to the point, as well as admitting what went wrong during your journey ( which is super helpful for me btw! ) you earned a new subscriber! Thanks so much ❤

You’re the reason that I’m pushing myself out of the ED. I’ve noticed when I eat and exercise I feel good, I look good, and I’m happy. When I’m under eating and literally starving myself I’m irritable, mean, not in amazing shape even if I am working out. I love you and your honestly and I’ve seen way too many similarities in us. As women we all need to stick together in this. I love you! And thank you tons

You’re unhealthy relationship with food at the beginning is so relatable, I’ve been stuck in a binging and restricting cycle for so long and I’ve just been putting on so much weight when I binge and losing like 4 ish lbs when I restrict and then doing it again. This is so inspiring because I realize that what I feel and how I relate to food is something other women go through and it is something I can fix and I can eat enough and still feel good. Thank you so so so much

girl this may be my favorite weight loss video I've seen in a long time. I can't even put my finger on it. But just your mindset change and figuring out how to do it without being miserable but also working hard love it love it love it.

This is golden. It’s what so many women deal with when they’re trying to get in shape, but it’s actually being recorded. Very helpful. Thank you.

I appreciate the post-success commentary as the clips are playing through. "This is all I ate??" It's good to be able to recognize unhealthy things we do as we try to be healthy! I have struggled with finding a consistent healthy way of living, partially because I go 110% all at once and burn out, which drives me back to the lazy bad habits. Thanks for this video, it's giving me things to think about.

we shared the same body type when you started your journey. I’ve never seen someone with the exact way I’m shaped. You didn’t have to share this with us but I truly appreciate it.

NEEDED THIS!! I gained weight back once COVID started too. I absolutely LOVE how you filmed and edited this video! I love the combination of clips from your journey. Watching you do your treadmill workouts at home inspired me to buy a spin bike so I can do cardio at home too!! I've never had a healthy relationship with food either. It's something I've been working through over the last few weeks. I love that you lived your best life on your vacation and let yourself enjoy all the food!

To anyone who's reading this:
You are strong. You are beautiful. You are powerful.
Remind yourself that working out is not a punishment for what you ate, but a celebration of what your body can do!
I hope you have a fantastic day :))

Morgan, you spoke to my soul. This is me. ...it is exhausting. I'm happy to know that I have someone who understands what I go through on a daily basis to be here to support me. Even if it's through this video. Thank you for being so vulnerable and for sharing your story. Get it, girl! ♡

What I really had to learn is,
1. It isn’t a a diet, it’s A LIFESTYLE
2. It’s not about cutting things out of life, it’s about replacing it!

I LOVE snacks and treats! Trying to cut them out always ends with me doing welll, then falling off hard for a weekend or something of the sort. Replacing those bad foods with better options was great for me.
