Excellent, Thank you for loading a real workout. I greatly appreciate the time and the work that you have put into your professionalism and your expert ease I just finished doing this section twice, and i feel great!! i love your workouts, because they are short and effective i have time to practice yoga which has always come second or neve. to my cardio workouts. Now i can do both and still have time for my chores. i love you guys,

After getting started with lvl2, I'm now alternating between the 3 lvl3 work out video, and man, those are intense ! Even if I don't have the discipline to do as much exercice per week as I should, I can see my body changing! Thx you for those great quality videos !

highly depends on your intensity among various other factors. Everyone is different. But as long as you push as hard as you can and are eating properly, you will see great results from this series.
