A great explanation and series of exercises. I have always put up with tight front flexors, (Three years) after rowing exercises not knowing why. After adopting your warm-up sets BINGO pains gone! Thank you.

Wow!!! This is exactly what I didn’t know I needed. My daughter has a sway back and suffers from lower back pain. To add to it she as a speech pathologist For small children she sits on low chairs for her 1:1 sessions. THANKS 😊 🙏

i saw a physio and was told weak glutes, this threw me as i do a lot of glute work, 3 years later no change, i started to think this was just part of me, i have a tight IT band too and always just toughened the hip thigh back pain out and had occasional deep tissue massages, i exercise a fair amount and now run which has made me research my pain as i want to be able to run further and not suffer the consequences during and after, i really think i have solved my pain and IT bands are much better with other stretches, thankyou!!

I’ve been experiencing hip, back and knee pain for months now and had no idea what it was. Hopefully these stretches can free up my hip flexors a bit thank you so much. My knee actually hurts during a couple of these so I think it’s pretty bad.

I have a really tight right hip flexor from jiu jitsu, these really helped get some mobility back after my leg felt frozen!
