One day my specialist gave me a gut wrenching fatal diagnosis, and I staggered to my car trying to process it with so many emotions and fears flooding in, but as soon as I got in the car I heard an audible voice say, "don't let those words rest on you, reject them". I had no idea what that meant. So I fought the rising fear, feelings of doom and gloom and decided to ignore what the doctor said and to trust God. It was hard at first. It seemed every where I turned, I would run into that diagnosis whether youtube recommendations, tv shows, random people sharing, and it would bring back the fear. But then I would give it once again to Jesus and trust Him. It is now 17 years later. That word the doctor spoke over me never came to pass, the LORD walked me through the dark valley and I am healed. I have no doubt that had I ignored that voice and looked to the symptoms and the diagnosis and fear, I would be dead now. God moves in mysterious ways. Always trust Him.

Praying for you. 💕 3.5 years ago my mom died of pancreatic cancer. Almost exactly a year later I found out I had breast cancer in my right breast. I had a bad infection at first and they did a mammo too and that's when the cancer was discovered. After 3 surgeries, more infection and radiation treatments I am now cancer free. I had my mammo less than a month ago and it all came back clear. I pray everything will work out for you too.

My daughter had precancerous cells in her uterus. Had a cervical scrape. Six months later following up, the cells had come back. So she had a full hysterectomy at 37. Kept her ovaries. She’s had to change her diet and add supplements because she became premenopausal. So following through and having possible surgery on your right breast is the best thing. Eating healthy is a great defence too. Try not to stress out too much. Easier said than done. Lay it at the Lord’s feet.

Annie, I pray that your biopsy next week goes well and that you get an all clear report. I myself am recovering from a bilateral mastectomy twelve days ago for invasive ductal carcinoma. I know that God has a plan, and that plan is ALWAYS the very best for us. Romans 8:28. I had to laugh at your working around your doggie. I have to do the same thing. You reckon the doggies and kitties have us trained?? Diane in NC

You are in my morning prayers. I’m so sorry you are going through this. Everyone’s journey is different. Let us know how we can support you. I’ve had two adventures with breast cancer; 1st at age 44 then in 2022 at age 65. The second was calcifications. Mine were cancer but easily removed with a lumpectomy and a few days of radiation. I have a red and white dog under my feet in the kitchen. 🙏🏻

I must admit I love the sausage fried in butter to give it more texture. I had a similar breakfast except I used a blob of cream cheese and mozz in my eggs that I needed to use up. Good that you are being checked and catching any potential issues early <3

You are strong. Don’t dwell on this just handle it. I speak from experience. I had a mammogram first of September, diagnosed with breast cancer in the middle of September and to make a very long story short, two surgeries and 36 radiation treatments by the end of the year. I never missed a morning getting the boys up and ready for school. They knew I had cancer, but I always managed to make dinner and help them with her homework. We went to church, football games, chorus, concerts, and see Grandma. We made life normal for them. You’ve got this!
