1 proven trick for getting ripped:

(2:30) Wide Grip Pull Ups
(3:23) Close Grip Pull Ups
(5:50) Under Hand Pull Ups
(8:16) Dumbbell Side Lateral (upper back)

What's up guys...Mike Chang here again! This is my home back workout that I do using only a door frame pull up bar and a pair of 15 lbs dumbbells.

Mike Chang's Home Back Workout:

10 Wide Grip Pull Ups
10 Close Grip Pull Ups
10 Under Hand Pull Ups
10 Dumbbell Side Laterals
= 1 Round

DO 4 ROUNDS TOTAL, rest 30 sec or less b/t exercises

* Make sure to watch the video where I explain techniques on how to work on your back muscles more and use less of your biceps during the exercises.

People don't understand the difference between a Pullup and a Chinup, he was doing pullups correctly in the video.

Mike explains his exercises with detail so its very hard to not be able to land it. And remember guys keep on working out it make take weeks months or even years, but in the end you'll feel great and look great, take care!

You just have to make sure the bar is secure on the door frame and it should be fine. Also that the screws on the bar are tight. I been using mine for a while now and it never fell off before

You can do the exercise the same way by grapping the bar at a closer grip instead of using the extra handles like I have with my bar. Either way works well

it could if you do it for a long period of time bc swimming is a form of cardio (prob one of the best) You will have to keep your sugars up while you swim to prevent muscle breakdown.

I dont know why people say that your workouts are useless and u are a scam, but i am a person who does your workout and after i had done 2 months of exercise i have got a six pack abbs and got big shoulders. So those who are posting negative comments please try the exercises first then comment

I have noticed that myself. I know it can be hard sometimes for more muscular guys to get full range of motion that would be my best guess. Range of motion is important though. If you are able to get a full range of motion then definitely do so. Yoga can really help stretch you out and it is one of the hardest workouts you'll ever love! Mike has some great workout routine and tips, I seek out his advise quite often.

I just found your videos today, im 14, skinny, and i've been trying to gain weight now for about 2 years, so i watched your how to get fatter if your skinny video and i never actually tried that. I'm so happy i found your channel, i'll let you know in 2 or 3 months if your tips help me get fatter and still little muscle.
