Started working out a month ago. My goal was to just win the biggest loser challenge that they are doing at my job. Based on % lost monthly. I’m 1 month, 3 weeks in, 30 lbs Down. Won the first month bout to get the 2nd win. My Goal NOW, is to look like this guy in 5-10years. Straight beast! 💪

I recommend pull ups cause they work your relative strength and gives you the demon back

Pull ups are the most important back exercise for bigger wider back. These exercises will make the back thicker but the pull ups and Lat Pull downs will make it wider.

All of these are suboptimal. Weighted pull ups and chin ups are how you get a big back.

For a monstrous v-taper back, just do enough pull ups especially pronated grip pull ups and neutral grip wide pull ups. Balance it out with v-bar handles on pulldowns and trust your barbell doing the Yates row / bent over row. Thank me later 😎

I recommend everyone to not do the "behind full raise" thing, it is a terrible exercise which will not work the back at all

Row + Vertical Pull + Hinge. For example Pullups, Barbell Row, and Straight Leg Deadlift. Its very simple

Tried the palm up bent rows and it hit my back but also my hard to work on rear delts really good.
The next day my rear delts were sore for the first time

I recommend you do pullovers to failure first and then superset with a set of pull-ups to failure and then do rows last . This is the true key to a monster back
