Who's ready for some intense Booty + Ab Burn? The workout is split into glute-focused exercises and then finishing with a series of core strengthening exercises. Grab your mini band for some extra glute activation team! It's time to grow 💪🏼 Let's do it!!

▸ Muscles Worked: Glutes & Abs
▸ Time: 30 Min
▸ Equipment: Mini Band Optional

▸ Instructions: Follow along and complete as many reps as possible in 50 Seconds. After 10 Seconds of Rest continue to the next move.

▸ The Workout:
1. Warm Up 0:00 - 05:30
2. Booty Workout 05:35 - 24:20
3. Ab Finisher 24:20 - 31:40
4. Cool Down 31:53 - 36:28

Looks like I need to buy a band. D'oh. The exercises were hard enough without the band so I can only imagine what they are like with a band. Any recommendations on what type of band(s) to buy?

Anyway, another fantastic work-out and I like the pain so much I added another set of abs for myself at the end. Thank you Anna, another great video.
