I love pop sugar workouts. I'm over 50 and have neuropathy. This was a great exercise for me. I had surgery on my right foot to straighten my toes due to pain. I'm 3 months on recovery. Pop Sugar is what keeps me going strong.

This is my first time doing thus and I had to stop multiple times. This was a very effective work out and I really suggest it. After it I've felt great and I'm going to do this again sometime. Thanks you've really motivated meee

I've been doing these popsugar workouts, roughly 30 mins at an average a day, with some yoga for about a month now. I've already dropped 6 pounds! It feels so good. I do them roughly 3-4 times a week, sometimes 5-6. They are super helpful. I used to hate working out, like I would dread it. And I didn't even diet, for those who want to know. Actually, a lot of birthdays popped up in my house so I was actually eating loads of cake, ice cream and chocolates 😂☺️
Bottom line: do these workouts, they're the best

I've been excersizing and have so far lost 20 pounds. Now I'm ready for toning, and so came upon your video here, and just watching I can feel the intensity. I'M Haven't done this yet, but plan to later today. You girls rock! I'm excited to do this.

I love Katie Dunlop's workouts and I subscribe to her channel already. I particularly loved this workout as she did so many new exercises that really targeted my obliques. Great job as always, Katie!!

I really enjoyed this workout, it was challenging and unique. I especially liked that it was explained properly and it was not repetitive. My favorite video from Pop sugar! This girl is so sweet and professional!

Done this about 5 or 6 times now and can almost completely do it without stopping for a sec or modifying. It's killer. I find the table top keeping my knees off the floor the hardest, but working on it. Getting there 😀 . Such a great workout that I can actually feel and my body keeps getting stronger each time I do it. Thank you for all these workout vids popsugar. Not only for my physical health but my mental health too 💚💚
