Here's a 37-Min Indoor Step Workout to help you achieve your daily step goal. This fast walking workout is designed to keep you in the fat-burning zone while helping you achieve your daily step goal. I would highly recommend walking because it is a low impact and safe workout, especially for those who are extremely overweight or might have knee injuries.

N.B: If you wish to complete 10 000 steps just by doing this workout, you should do it twice.

honestly these are great work outs...especially for Overweight people who are limited in their mobility...you can STILL work out...but this warms you up and the POINT is to JUST move and make MOVEMENT part of your life everyday if possible. I lost 40lbs over Covid..just walking in my neighbourhood, that I live in for 35years. Just walked in the morning, then again in the afternoon and in the evening. Before I knew it 40LBS just came off in 3months.

I did 30mins - 4380 steps with 3.40km. Well warmed up and sweaty for a little yoga. It was fun and quick ❤️

Looked like Hiit so gave this a whirl. It is low impact and I burnt 362 calories, 4366 steps and 2.18 miles for those that want stats. Like that it is in chunks with easy instructions

I did this workout for the first time yesterday and am sore now, but wanted to get my 10k steps in for the day so I looked up an easier step workout 😅
It wasn't making me sweat enough though, so I'm back here!

I do this workout twice and burn about 500 cals and about 10k steps (160 cm, 117 lbs female)

I did this workout with hand weights, high impact options and jogged around my apartment instead of marching on the spot. It was a 37.c day. It’s an excellent home workout to get your steps and heart rate up. Thanks for sharing it with us all.

This is really a short but very effective video full of athletic movements--do it with to 2 kg dumbbells and that's very enjoyable and powerful exercise!

This makes me so sweaty. I follow this till the end which is amazing. My watch showed that I've got 4000 steps. I'll follow this everyday.

Thank you for this. I've started a daily morning exercise habit this month and had a hard time finding a workout that didn't make me want to quit. All these exercises are doable yet they still cause me to be exhausted at the end and that's exactly what I was looking for. Thank you so much! So far I did only the first session (still working my way towards getting up early enough to be able to go longer before having to get ready for work lol) but looking forward to working my way to doing the full video.

Now, I’ve done many indoor walk, HIIT, pilates, yoga, cardio excercises, you name it, but none of them made me sweat like this one ( with an exception of Tae-Bo ). And to me good sweat session = weight loss, without proper sweating I feel it’s just toning and strengthening. Well done!! 💓💪🏻

I just done a 10k workout, and decided to do this workout as all. It was a great workout, im also fasting 20-4 dry fasting.
