I managed to do full workout 1 hour and 24 mins.

I tried this today but could only do 5400 steps cuz i already workout out and walked 9k steps today. I burnt 300 active calories and 361 total calories. Im 59kg 158cm. Might be helpful info for someone 💪🏻💪🏻
