✨ The Story behind this dance workout:
I first fell in love with 10 000 Steps Fast Walking workouts during the pandemic when I couldn't go anywhere yet, I was in a URGENT need to move 😄 First, I started just walking around while being on a call (who didn't 😄) then I discovered a way to make it even more fun, engaging, and effective 🔥
Anyways, I really wanted to make a similar workout for those who can't do much jumping, have not much space around, don't have time for super long workouts, yet want to keep staying active no matter the circustances 👟

I clocked this at 1.96 miles on my Apple watch and a little over 3k steps which is fine for a quick, fun workout. I noticed that the OP caught the error that it's not 10k steps but these things happen. 😃Enjoyable music, scenery, and great energy!

To get 10, 000 steps in 30 min, you would need to walk 333 steps per minute

Been doing this workout as a beginner along with a calorie deficit for weight loss! I absolutely love this. I agree with what commenter said, the music definitely motivates me to keep going. Thank you so much for this! <3


Edit: I lost 3lbs in the first week of doing this! I had to take a 2 week pause though because of a health issue. Will be starting back up this week.

I never comment on videos.🙂 But thought I’d try this out. 30 minutes I can do while my 3 kids nap. But definitely not 10k steps. I muted this music and put my own I love to dance and move to. Definitely moved quicker then she is to get the most out of my steps and workout and ended with only 3k steps. A good workout to sweat to but not 10k like she advertised. Will definitely do it again but with the thought of it only being 3k steps. Hope this helps🩷from Texas!

Did not get 10 000 steps BUT the 30 min went by fast! I was suprised that it was over when I just tought it started so it really nice 🤩
