10000 STEPS WALKING WORKOUT | 10K Steps Challenge!

A new 10000 steps workout is here! This 80 minute, 10K steps workout will get in your daily step count all in one workout to challenge your endurance. I purposely avoided squats in this workout so we get in more steps throughout the workout (but if you want squats, you can easily add them in). Fast walking intervals are also thrown in to make the workout go by faster. If 10000 steps at once is too much, you can break the workout into two different workouts (do half in the morning, and the last half later in the day).

Oh, Jules, Jules, JULES!!! Greetings from Australia. That was one hell of a workout. I said to myself I’ll just do 20…30min.., then I said I’ll do half then I said ‘come on, there’s only 30min left’ and I just kept on going . Before I knew it the counter was at 00.00! Wow, thank you.

I did the entire 10, 000 steps and the floor stretches!! I will turn 69 years old soon and couldn't of done this without your support and encouragement. Thank you so much. I want to stay mobile as I age and workouts like this are wonderful!!

I can hardly believe I did this whole thing and I feel great. Next month I will be eighty. This was a perfectly paced challenge. I loved the little words of encouragement that popped on to the screen. They helped me decide to go for the 10, 000. Thanks for all that you do.

Only managed 30 minutes of this today as my knee started to gripe and my arthritic ankle joined in. So annoyed as I know I can do this but have to listen to my body. Was really enjoying it. It was cheering up an otherwise miserable day in Scotland. The weather has been truly miserable for weeks. We need some sun! Thanks Jules.x

Broke it into two parts (30/50), but I did it! Yea us! Aim for 45 minuets a day, so this one makes me feel very strong. BTW, I'm 77!

I loved this workout! Had me smiling all the way through and my arms were really feeling it. Your 10, 000 steps workouts are perfect for days when I don’t have much to do, instead of feeling lazy I feel like I’m achieving! I still can’t quite believe how far I’ve come in my spinal fusion recovery by using your workouts daily, six months ago I had lost confidence in my body’s ability to move and now here I am completing and enjoying a 10, 000 steps workout! I know I keep saying it but it bears repeating, I’m so grateful for your channel, Jules ❤

I found this accidentally last week, and I LOVE it! I've had long COVID for two years, and I was a whirling dervish before becoming ill. I am 73 years old, and am working to get back to the 10, 000 steps. Right now, it's 8000+, but with your encouraging music and great smile, I will get there. Thank you!

My second try today, and I am amazed I found it easier! Still a challenge but no wall this time! This was so perfect! I was so excited when I saw the preview last night! We've been (and will remain all week) under a heat dome and it's not safe to go out and do my daily 3 mile walk - so this more than made up for that! Will probably try this at least 3 times this week. Thanks so much!
