How to do a PROPER Full Wipe and Install of an NVIDIA GPU Driver - Windows 10, Safe Mode, and DDU

This is the proper way to do a fresh install of an NVIDIA (and AMD/Intel) GPU Driver. The key is to get the PC into "Safe Mode" to allow Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) the ability to get rid of all of the software and files from any/all previous installs.

Steps & Links Below:

1. Check GPU Model and current Driver Version with NVIDIA Control Panel.
2. Download and Install Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU).
3. Download Latest NVIDIA GPU Driver.
4. Reboot into Safe Mode (left SHIFT key & restart).
5. Run DDU (Clean and Restart).
6. Install NVIDIA Driver.
7. Restart.
