just came back to say I finally hit 135 on squats. I know its not much but just 3 months ago I was struggling with the bar (I was only 115 pounds when I started) . Keep up the good work.

It's so great to finally see a fitness channel that doesn't take itself too seriously. These guys are clearly in shape but they aren't condescending or douche. That's such a refreshing change from the endless amounts of fitness d-bags that litter youtube. Love these guys!

I dont understand why some people dont like leg day.
I love leg day, sure its hard af but I think legs might be my favorite to work on...hopefully it doesnt change now that i said that :(

I'd like to really thank you guys. I recently began watching your videos on exercises and recipes. I didn't know how to do anything last year, and my max squat last year was around 65 lbs, and today in my weight training class at school we maxed out again on squats and I was able to max on 125lbs! You guys are the best for helping me know the proper ways on how to do every exercise! I was even able to gain 1.5 lbs from your food vids. Keep up the great work!

Being new to working out, I was perplexed as to how low I am supposed to go when squatting, but he made it easy to understand by merely stating, "Stop the movement when the hip joint is slightly lower than the knees."

bar placement is very important. I've learned to bring my shoulder blades together and rest the bar on the shelf formed by that meaty muscle. Keeping as narrow a grip as possible insures the back stays tight and maintains that shelf as well. If the bar is touching bone I can tell you from experience you're gonna regret it down the road.

This was super beneficial in under 3 min. Getting back to squatting again after some recovery time away from squats because of a minor deadlift setback this refresher for proper squats has inspired me to get back on track the right way. Thanks a million!

I’m so glad that you guys get straight to the point. I tried watching some Bradley Martyn videos to learn proper form but he takes like 10 minutes to get to the point of the video.
