Surprisingly so many people, even RN I see still make mistakes! This video is great. Another thing I see, people shaking at the sink. That is incorrect. And when you dry off, you have to wipe one-way distal to proximal surface.

After I lather my hands properly, I leave the soap on for 20 secs. Do I have to scrub my hands? Or is having soap on it for 20 secs enough?
