Thanks for the comment - it is true that most people have trouble finding time for things like meditation. You can use these for 5 minutes a day!

my sister taught me another object that is good to meditate on is a raisin... you keep it in your mouth but don't chew or swallow it. Just meditate on the flavour, texture etc. It works but the raisin gets pretty gooey after a while!

When i meditate i like to listen to some of those hour long meditation song that start off slow and gains momentum it helps calm you down extremely natural and for me quickly
