Many thanks, Ajahn Brahmali. I'm located in Germany and have been a Buddhist for 15 years now. I have long been part of a Thai Forest Monastery Sangha (not anymore, as I moved quite far away) and they have taught me a lot. Meditation, however, always came hard to me, I didn't fully grasp it, focusing and forcing too hard probably, doing too much and not being able to let things 'fall into place'. There was no one I could ask and after not getting it, I stopped meditating altogether for some time (not the Buddhist practice, though). Your teachings are the first that feel right for me and I enjoy whats happening when meditating actually for the first time in my life. I hope the feeling of joy and peace that I experienced, will deepen and continue.

Thank you so much Ajahn. It really help me a lot. Seem I control the breath so much. It is time to be friend and be kind with the breath 😊

Thank you Ajahn Brahmali. It is my own issue - I`m forcing my breadhing meditatnion, I had this impression for long time but now I have realised what is going on and what I am doing wrong. So, ist time to rework my practis. Sadhu x 3 ❤

This is so helpful thank you, I've found I'm almost doing breathing exercises in meditation before, I've been so controlling with my breathing 😅
