Hi, I tried this workout...it was a fun...I like it very much...i m gonna continue this but my step counts are 2000 not 5000..you got a new fan... thanks

Awesome video...very few seconds to rest..hence very good cardio work out. was able to complete 20min time in my 4th attempt..

i follow this workout almost every alternate day. It has a rhythm so one don't get bored and do not feel like skipping the exercise.

Mam no doubt this workout is marsmersing but along with this is misleading people too. I am doing this from last week and hardly I completely 1800 steps. You are a renowned personality so plz be fair don't mislead your fans .

I did it today..seriously it makes u really feel good.. Sweating lot.. Breathing heavily.. The special rging about this workout is it makes u work on all parts of ur body, starting from warmup, then hands, core, obliques, legs etc upto cool down.. Good video for home workout 👍👍
