Felt so good! It is exciting to see how my flexibility has greatly improved since adding stretches almost every day this past year. A year ago I had super tight hamstrlings, now they aren't too bad! I an do these stretches without being in agony. So thankful!

I'm on two consistent months of doing your daily stretches. It's been a few years since I've been able to sit in the splits on both legs, and I am NEARLY there again!

I really needed this stretch today. I hit in all the right places. I really do need to keep up the stretching. I see the benefits when I do it. I just need to be consistent.
