Hi Nicole,
I just put my 15 year old cat to sleep today. He enjoyed your workouts as much as I do. As soon as he heard your intro he'd come running to be by my side and relax while I worked out. He loved it, just like your little kitty does in your videos.
I've been doing your workouts for about 8 months now and it's really helped with my anxiety and with my severe TMJ symptoms as well.

Nicole you are the best at what you do. All of your new classes have been so innovative and challenging in the best way. This class in particular kept me so present in the moment that the time flew by because i was so focused throughout each little movement without stressing about it or being in my head. You’ve helped me unlock my flow state of working out where I just am one which the movement peacefully and blissfully and its a wonderful feeling, Thank you so much for each of your classes: I have been doing your videos for about a year now and there is a HUGE difference in my coordination, mental, and spiritual health. As someone who used to be so in their head all of your classes are a lovely opportunity for me to drop all the thoughts and just have fun with the creative movements and focus + flow of the present. I love your tip of turning the pelvis up to feel more glute engagement - that helped a LOT! I did this with light ankle weights and really felt it!

Before I clicked to this video I was like, I don't want a very hard workout with bands and weights, I'm gonna do this one. Ooooh what did I thought, it was one of the most difficult booty workouts I've ever done in my life. Thank you for that burn!!!

What I love about Nicole's workouts is that no matter how intensive the workout is, she always incorporates some love/reward to the body with calming stretches. This sort of makes me forget the intensity of the workout and to return another day. It's like she gives instant relief from the workout.

I had been agoraphobic and extremely depressed and gained 50lbs. I just recently started going to the gym last month and I do one of your workout videos there as soon as I get there and it really helps to keep me calm, focused, and I really look forward to them. I find them to be fun as well :) After I do stairmaster and run. I've already dropped 16lbs. :D Thank you for posting! I like when you also count down how many are left for each set :)
