My hips felt destroyed and broken after this! It was a huge wake up call of how stiff I've gotten, especially the last 2 movements and stretches. Can't wait to keep repeating and see how much stronger they get 🔥

This was so great! My hip is on fire but in a good way. It's like it awaken my muscles. Ooof that one movement shaped like a 4....felt the instant relief after my hip popped. Delightful! Will be doing this every night🖤🖤🖤

This routine is amazing. First benefit was my pain going away. Second result was my squat, deadlift, and lunge weights increasing. 💪🏻 If you're a weightlifter of any variety... this coach knows her stuff!

i have weak hips due to immobility and this routine is helping tremendously. i have difficulty following a lot of exercise routines that are too intense and this is perfect; gentle, effective, and strengthening. thank you!

Mira you have really given me challenges that have improved strength and flexibility. I have scoliosis s curves that are moderate
. With your beginner programs, I have no pain and now walk 3 miles a day. At 61 and still working, this is a major big deal. Thank you for excellent instruction.

This has helped me so much with my hips! I developed piriformis syndrome several months ago and this has helped strengthen and stretched deep within my hip muscles. It has helped so much with my pain.

Paired great after cardio. I really like the move lying on the side and then dropping the leg: gave great glute burn. And the long bridge section with all the variations: wow! intense glute work! Thank u!
