Yoga Upload with Maris Aylward - Here is a short 30 minute Vinyasa Flow Yoga class you can use on busy days. This is a well-rounded practice with a variety of postures to work the entire body and enhance strength, flexibility, balance and mental focus. You get just enough movement, stretching, and relaxation in half an hour. The physical practice is 25 minutes followed by 5 minutes of relaxing Savasana music.

Your cues are phenomenal. Not once did I have to look at the screen. Thank you and your voice was soothing. This was perfect for me. Not too fast vinyasa but just enough to get my heartrate up. This will be in my daily routine
