Stretch and tone with this 30 minute intermediate vinyasa flow yoga class, no props required.

Hey everyone, I've got a great 30 minute yoga class for you today. This is a challenging intermediate vinyasa flow practice that will help you increase flexibility, work on balance, develop your strength and test your stamina. It's a well-balanced class that's got a bit of everything.

You can expect poses like tiger, half moon, chair, dancer's pose, bridge and many more. We'll begin standing up before getting into our flows. Leave out whatever doesn't work for you and remember, yoga is about the journey, NOT the destination. Be mindful of your internal dialogue as we flow.

PLEASE more advanced or minimal cues classes! It would be AMAZING if you could do more 45-1 hour classes of these. The one you posted last week with crow pose and tripod handstand was so fun and challenging. Love your classes thank you for your hard work as always. This is just a humble suggestion I am grateful for anything from you ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have been following your videos for nearly 5 years now. I try other instructors but always come back to your classes. They are incredibly balanced, you never do the same thing twice and challenge us to expand ourselves keeping in mind that yoga is a journey. Your videos made me realize that life is so much better than choosing the other path. Before, I always put myself last, but through your self-awareness videos (yoga and meditation), I learned that you can not give to others when you have not given it to yourself, like love. I beat myself up for not doing HIIT or cardio or intense weightlifting or insert any high energy workout as I want to lose weight. Yet, because I used to obsessively do those workouts, I’ve injured myself a few times and caused some permanent damage. During the child’s pose, when you asked what is your intentions for the practice (the why), movement and happiness came to mind. I want to continue to better understand my body. I started with you in May doing the 30 day morning movement challenge and now I’m up to 5x/weekly 30 min+ practices. I’ve tried to consistently incorporate cardio or traditional strength training but I always come back to you on those days where I don’t want to do anything. I feel good and accomplished during your practices. I’m becoming more flexible, stronger and less impulsive. I was so proud that I could hold my feet during the tiger pose - FIRST TIME!!! Thank you for all that you do. Your practices are helping me to shift my mind to wellness instead for thinness. 😌

I had to pause because the depression and negative memories and voices in my head were to loud. I just stopped, cried, breathed, and pressed play to continue. I wasn’t going to let it win.

First time I have ever done Banana - wow! Felt those hip and low back muscles. Thank you so much for another amazing 30 minute practice! Your flows are so incredibly effective. My core feels worked, I sweat, and yet I feel so stretched, elongated and healthy.

Good stuff Kassandra. After the last two years of coming back from the jujitsu injury with your Yin classes, I'm moving on and up with Vinyasa classes. While I'll still do Yin, my focus now is strength and balance. I am also running again, which feels good. My eventual objective to get back to some sort of martial art.

I consider myself a "novice intermediate" in Yoga. I always feel amazing after completing one of your 10 to 30 minute sessions. I find them easy to follow, with excellent verbal cues so that I can fully focus on the movement while listening. The words I most often go to for my daily intentions are "peace, flexibility, calm, effective, and energize". Thanks so much for the great work you do! John in Philomath, Oregon

One small thing I love about your classes is that you say the sanskrit words for the yoga poses you teach. I do yoga in Italian and Spanish too and the sanskrit is like the universal language to yoga. ✌️
